Oklahoman Editorial -- "One of the top recommendations out of last week’s MAPS for Kids progress report was the development of a strategic plan to guide the school district. It’s a good idea, although a strategy is only as good as its implementation and that’s where the district may face its greatest challenge."

Springer is capable of being the leader the district needs, but he needs to worry less about pacifying critics and instead be more vocal and intentional in advocating and selling his vision and ideas.
