Teachers are careful to use the word "school" instead of "center." The library is filled with hands-on picture books, and full-length white boards are placed at a 3-year-old's eye level. Evaluation rooms provide testing areas for learning disabilities, and all teachers are specially trained – some in English as a second language, special needs and pre-kindergarten curriculum.
