Early education programs give Oklahomans a leg up

More than a few eyebrows were raised ten years ago when Oklahoma schools began offering programs for four-year-olds. Critics said it was too early to put kids in schools and how much can a child that young really learn? It turns out they can learn quite a bit, thank you.
