Does it really matter who taught them this? It is a tragedy that such young beautiful people would have such ideas no matter the source.

What we must consider that this clip includes no data concerning the number of children interviewed to produce this brief segment. However, I did search the MSNBC site and found reference to the documentary on race in which this segment must have been included.

I think the race of the interviewer of the children has more of an impact on which doll the kids would choose. Also the media saturation would affect not only African Americans, but Africans as well. Generally white people are in control of the media which creates bias, subconsciously or not.
