McLain first high school in city to adopt uniforms

Like it or not, the look for back to school at McLain High School for Science and Technology this year is pleats and plaids, slacks and ties and even crested blazers. McLain will become the first public high school in Tulsa to require uniforms for all students when classes begin Monday.
