Some testing experts say there is no magic test that can’t be gamed. They say tests need to be supplemented with teacher evaluations, classroom observation and interviews.

I absolutely agree! A traditional standardized test is but one of many assessments needed to arrive at a valid determination of mastery and aptitude.
